Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping and Local Pick Up

  • You will get a notification for the tracking number once it is shipped so that you can see your packages’ journey

  • Please keep in mind that after I drop the package off it can take 3-5 business days for your package to arrive or longer depending where you live.

  • If you want express shipping please make sure to email or message me. It will cost extra for express shipping.

  • When choosing “pick up” on your order, you have a choice to pick up in Vancouver at Starbucks at 1502 E. Hastings (Monday-Wednesday) or Saint Marys Park in New Westminster (Sunday-Saturday). When choosing pick up I will text or email you for meet up times and location.

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost, and the tracking states that the item has been delivered, first try to ask your neighbors if they received a package that wasn’t for them, as sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong address. I am not responsible for packages that are claimed as lost regardless of the tracking saying delivered.

Taking Care of Your Products

Taking care of your product looks different for every item. Please take a look at the list below and find the category that your product falls under to learn how to take care of your product for best results and long lasting enjoyment!

  1. METAL JEWELRY: All of our metal jewelry that you find on our website or in person (at artisan markets and/or stores we partner with) are made with jewelry metal. This means that it is nickle free and it doesn’t make your finger or neck turn green!

Make sure that you don’t pull hard on your necklace chains as they can break. It is best to not sleep with your necklaces (as the chains tend to be long and can catch on stuff). Our rings are very durable and you can wear them everyday as they are light and there has not been a problem when people have fallen asleep with them.

2. POLYMER CLAY JEWELRY: Polymer clay is made up of polymer (a type of plastic) and clay. When kneaded and baked properly, the polymer fuses with the clay creating a durable and lightweight medium. However, it should be handled gently and with care.

Do not sleep in your jewelry. Not only can it be dangerous if there are sharp crystals on it, but if you are always moving around it can pull on our piece and can cause breakage. Do not wear your jewelry in the shower. It can get slightly wet (for example, if it is raining or you get splashed), but should not be completely submerged in water.

3. BODY CARE PRODUCTS (lotions, oils, lip balms, ect): After using your product you need to make sure that you seal it. Dust and grime can get in there and your product will get dirty and it will change the formula and also not be sanitary.

DO NOT GET THE PRODUCT IN YOUR EYE and DO NOT EAT IT (no matter how yummy it smells) If the product gets in your eye make sure to Flush it. Rinse your eye with cool water or saline solution right away for at least 15 minutes. You can do this over a sink or in the shower. If you wear contacts, take them out, but don’t stop rinsing your eye while you do it.
