Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping and Local Pick Up

  • You will get a notification for the tracking number once it is shipped so that you can see your packages’ journey

  • Sometimes it can take a couple of days to process your order because I am a one person team for packaging orders and it is done with care and love.

  • Please keep in mind that after I drop the package off it can take 3-7 business days for your package to arrive or longer depending where you live.

  • When choosing “pick up” on your order I will message you using texting to arrange a pick up at  Saint Marys Park in New Westminster.

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost, and the tracking states that the item has been delivered. First try to ask your neighbors if they received a package that wasn’t for them, as sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong address. I am not responsible for packages that are claimed as lost regardless of the tracking saying delivered. This is due to the costs and being a very small business, as well as items I don’t remake (such as jewelry).

Taking Care of Your Products

Taking care of your product looks different for every item. Please take a look at the list below and find the category that your product falls under to learn how to take care of your product for best results and long lasting enjoyment!

  1.  JEWELRY: All of our jewelry that you find on our website or in person (at artisan markets and/or stores we partner with) are made with jewelry metal. This means that it is nickel free and it doesn’t tarnish.

For your beaded items it is best to keep them in a safe place when not wearing them, as they can get tangled if they are long and break.

2. BODY CARE PRODUCTS (lotions, oils, lip balms, ect): After using your product you need to make sure that you seal it. Dust and grime can get in there and your product will get dirty and it will change the formula and also not be sanitary.

DO NOT GET THE PRODUCT IN YOUR EYE and DO NOT EAT IT (no matter how yummy it smells) If the product gets in your eye make sure to Flush it. Rinse your eye with cool water or saline solution right away for at least 15 minutes. You can do this over a sink or in the shower. If you wear contacts, take them out, but don’t stop rinsing your eye while you do it.

If you have an allergic reaction make sure to stop using the product and clean the area.
